Drafting and posting a bounty can be done via the CLI, the Substrate UI via Extrinsics → bounties → createBounty, or the website
To post a bounty on Engi navigate to the “Create” page.
Executing bounties costs computational resources to download repositories and run test suites. The gas fee charged to create_bounty extrinsic is proportional to our best estimate of this cost for a given bounty draft.
The treasury takes a 3% [of bounty deposit] fee from bounty posted on Engi.
